Since 2023, Yegorkin has worked as a director for business development on the Atomais digital asset platform. In this position, he built a partnership with large financial companies, which made it possible to organize the largest and most marginal transactions with digital financial assets (CFA) in the Russian market. Earlier, Igor Yegorkin headed the private capital department at BCS World of Investments and headed the Directorate for Partner Business Development at Sberbank Life Insurance.

2025: Appointment as CEO of the Tokeon platform

On April 9, 2025, it became known that Igor Yegorkin was appointed general director of the Tokeon platform. Before joining the company, he worked in the financial market for more than 10 years, holding senior positions in large financial institutions.

The former head of the platform, Maxim Khrustalev, decided to leave the company to develop his own project. He headed Tokeon since its foundation and made a significant contribution to the development of the Russian digital asset market.

Personnel changes in "Tokeon" also affected other leadership positions. Akhmed Akhov was appointed managing director, and Anna Shchevaeva was appointed commercial director.

The new management team will focus on scaling the business of digital financial assets within the PSB group, expanding the client base, attracting issuers from among the large corporate sector, working with small and medium-sized businesses, as well as developing the product offer and improving process solutions.

Igor Yegorkin noted that the accumulated professional experience and practical expertise of the company create a stable basis for the further expansion of the Tokeon platform tools. According to him, this will allow not only to widely use various structures of digital releases, but also to build new approaches to their formation, as well as scale successful solutions within the framework of the developing digital ecosystem.^[1]
