The expert organization "Soeks-Baltic" automates work with ELMA

SOEKS-Baltic LLC is the specialized expert organization of a system of CCI of the Russian Federation in the territory of the Kaliningrad region having the right according to the Act of the Russian Federation "About Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Russian Federation" to carry out at the request of the Russian and overseas enterprises, entrepreneurs and individuals of examination, connected with determination of goods origin, to exercise control of quality, quantity and completeness of goods both in Russia, and beyond its limits.

The decision on system implementation of business process management of ELMA was made for the solution of the following tasks: automation of execution of works on conducting examinations, from a customer appeal before examination issue, and workflow automation.

Today preproject inspection is conducted. After end of the first stage of an implementation project increase in number of users and further development of a system in the company, for the purpose of ensuring transparency of process of issue of examinations, control over the implementation and acceleration of works is planned.
