The first stage of implementation Microsoft Dynamics CRM in National Trade Association was completed

The first stage of implementation Microsoft Dynamics CRM in National Trade Association was completed. Due to the increase in number of clients, before NTA there was a question of quality improvement of service and the maximum automation of this process. The choice not accidentally fell on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, on this platform implementation of all assigned tasks is possible.
