2025: ELMA365 Implementation Results
Whoosh has implemented a management solution contracts based on the Low-code of the ELMA365 platform. Implementation has completed KIT Consulting IT Company. Elma announced this on May 6, 2025.
The project was implemented on the basis of the ELMA365 CSP platform with deep adaptation to the complex organizational structure of the customer and Integration with external services
Whoosh works with thousands of counterparties: from small local companies to international partners.
Implementation results:
- added integration with counterparty verification services for faster due diligence and instant loading of details;
- separation of cards for legal entities and individuals with the history of contracts and documents was carried out;
- added a "limit matrix" for determining signatories - a unique module developed by KIT Consulting integrator;
- End-to-end contract management is connected
- an external portal for counterparties is connected with the separation of internal and external correspondence;
- integration of the ELMA365 with the electronic document management service for signing the EDS in 1 click was carried out.
Implementation work was carried out for 1.5 months. As a result of implementation, it was possible reduce the time for agreement agreement and verification of counterparties at the expense of integration with the counterparty verification service.
