In the Ryazan region started creation of the regional situational center using GLONASS technologies.
About the Project
In the Ryazan region the regional situational center, the center of monitoring of interregional passenger traffic and monitoring of transportations of dangerous loads based on infrastructure of "ERA-GLONASS" will be created.
Project implementation regarding implementation in the regional situational center of the ERA-GLONASS system, presumably, will be undertaken by M2M Telematics Ryazan company.
Objectives
The Deputy Minister of Transport Valery Eremin reported that for more operational management of transport based on the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Ryazan region creation of the situational and navigation center is planned. This center will supervise completely passenger transport of the intermunicipal message and also partially transport of the intersubject and intra municipal message. In the long term he will supervise also suburban railway communication. Concerning transport of the road and operational enterprises special attention and control will be given to regional roads and routes of school buses.
For management and coordination of work of transport more than 60 dispatching places are created.
