Alfa-Bank reduced costs for printing for 47%

On February 8, 2011 Alfa-Bank and Xerox announced project deliverables on management of office printing infrastructure at the Moscow offices of bank.

The joint project of Alfa-Bank and Xerox company on management of office printing infrastructure was started in 2006. During project implementation the Bank managed to reduce costs for printing for 47%. Optimization was performed at the central and additional offices and also operational cash desks of Bank that in general makes about 90 premises in which more than 6000 people work.

In 2006 the management of Bank approved strategy for increase in efficiency and increase in financial transparency which provided cost reduction on printing of documents and the maintenance of printing infrastructure at least on 25. For achievement of this purpose the management of Bank came to a conclusion about need of involvement of the profile partner having experience of projects implementation of management of office and printing infrastructure in the territory of the customer.
