Automation of the state and municipal order in the Tyumen region

Project objective – ensuring the maximum transparency of processes of the public and municipal procurements in scales of all region.

Specialists of BFT Company complete the first stage of works on creation of the centralized information and technical platform for automation of process of storage, data processing and obtaining operational information on placement of the municipal order of the Tyumen region in municipal entities based on the ATsK-Goszakaz system set in Management of public procurements of the Tyumen region.

At the first stage the Tyumen region and 3 municipal entities of the Tyumen region - the Tyumen municipal district, Ishim, Tobolsk were connected to the centralized solution.

The centralized information and technical platform allows to set uniform rules of carrying out planning, formation, placement and execution of the municipal order in municipal entities of the Tyumen region and also to receive summary reports on carrying out purchases of all area. At the same time work of each municipal entity in a system will be carried out irrespective of other municipal entities of area.

One more important feature of the solution is integration with the systems of treasurer budget implementation "ADC-Finance" installed in financial bodies of municipal entities of area at the expense of which control of limits of budget commitments, a free remaining balance of budget settings is reached and transfer of the registered contracts based on procurement procedures is provided.
