2026:10 Functions to Optimize Vendor Manual Operations

B2B-Center February 2, 2026 presented additional tools for working with the electronic platform "Tenders 2.0" for suppliers.

Additional functionality automates routine tasks, reducing the time to work with bids by 20% and minimizing the risk of errors.

Updated commercial site B2B-Center - "Tenders 2.0." Offers 10 new features to optimize manual supplier operations, from settlement to comparison with competitors, reduce error risks and control the timing of tender participation.

The functionality covers four key supplier areas at the site: data analysis, process automation, time control, and bid flexibility.

  • Data analysis. Built-in tools are available for instant comparison with competitors through useful filters, as well as the ability to select visible and hidden items when filling out and editing a requisition.
  • Process automation. The site automates labor calculations and actions. Now available: changing prices immediately by group of items using percentage reduction, calculating the cost of items taking into account additional expenses and currency conversion, auto transfer of data on multi-stage purchases.
  • Monitoring of deadlines. Timer up to seconds with counting down to the end of the requisition collection, instant confirmation of the receipt of the requisition by the system, transparency of requirements and purchase conditions before the start of quotation preparation.
  • Flexibility of work. The application can be submitted, as convenient, through the web interface of the site or through loading Excel-files with an adaptable template (column sizes, hiding rows, highlighting in color).

2025: Digital Support Availability

Digital support for decision-making on the choice of suppliers has become available in Tenders 2.0. Now the organizers of procurement procedures will be able to flexibly manage the summing up. The B2B-Center (Center for Economic Development) announced this on April 17, 2025.

Site functionality:

  1. Many options for completing a purchase
    You can summarize in any convenient way - through the interface or Excel, select one or more winners, distribute volumes, assign backup suppliers, or reject all requests. Built-in site algorithms will help increase the speed and convenience of selection.
  2. Manage the publicity of the results
    Configure what information you need to show the participants after choosing the winner: the list of candidates, the final decision, the names of the winning companies without prices, only price offers or the very fact of summing up the results without detail. Now the buyers themselves will be able to choose the appropriate format based on internal regulations. Timely communication of the results of the purchase maintains the loyalty of potential partners and confidence in customers.
  3. Revise purchasing results
    If the selected supplier refuses to enter into a contract, the organizer can change the totals. At the same time, the subscription fee model protects participants from additional costs and allows you to continue participating in other purchases during the paid period, even if the organizer's decision is changed.
  4. Without strict
    deadlines An important advantage of the site remains the absence of restrictions on the timing of summing up the results - as before, the organizers can adapt the process taking into account all stages of internal coordination and allocate the necessary time for decision-making. And for vendors, you can specify the planned completion date in the procedure card as a guide.

Modern business requires flexibility at all stages of the procurement process, - said Olga Gromkova, CEO of B2B-Center. - Updating Tenders 2.0 allows you to move away from traditional bureaucratic barriers.
