The process of laboratory research in Russia is as automated and regulated as possible. Initially, the laboratory tried to organize information interaction with the REMD Uniform State Health Information System directly, as well as with the help of regional medical systems - but faced a number of difficulties and inconveniences. As of April 2025, the data of the HEMOHELP laboratories are successfully uploaded to the RAMD in automatic mode. Also, the OLLY N3.Health subsystem carries out electronic document management between the HEMOHELP laboratories and partner medical organizations in the region that order research from them. Data exchange takes place in the format of "application for laboratory research-result," which allows doctors to promptly send referrals to GEMOTEST and receive full diagnostic results right at the workplace. At the same time, the integration platform N3.Health solves the problem of organizing information interaction with various IIAs that are installed at customers.
