Ufavodokanal will use TRIM for management of repairs

Spectec delivered to the enterprise of municipal unitary enterprise" Ufavodokanal" the software package TRIM for use as a corporate information system of management of maintenance and repairs (MRO) of the equipment.

The municipal unitary enterprise" Ufavodokanal" provides the uninterrupted centralized water supply and water disposal for the population, the enterprises and the organizations of the city of Ufa of the Republic of Bashkortostan. This dynamically developing enterprise which on a number of activities is on an equal basis with the leading water utilities of Russia. The municipal unitary enterprise" Ufavodokanal" successfully works on improvement of quality of drinking water and decrease in negative impact on the surrounding environment, new progressive technologies in the field of water treatment, analytical control, energy resources saving, informatization and control automation, repair and operation of constructions and pipelines successfully are implemented into production.

In the field of production management implementation of the information management system maintenance and repairs (MRO ISU) of the equipment will become the next stage. As a software platform of ISU of a MRO the enterprise selected EAM/MRO system of TRIM of the Russian developer – NPP Spectec company.

The choice was preceded by the six-months test period during which in working divisions of municipal unitary enterprise" Ufavodokanal" there was a studying of the demonstration version of TRIM in the multi-user mode. According to the results of testing the decision to purchase licenses for 7 users of TRIM and to begin implementation of ISU of a MRO in divisions" Northern complex of water constructions" and" the Southern city water supply system" and also in managerial services of the enterprise was made.

So far the software package TRIM is delivered to the enterprise of municipal unitary enterprise" Ufavodokanal". Specialists of the enterprise will begin implementation of ISU of a MRO with problems of certification of the equipment, human resources accounting of repair services. Afterwards will be put into operation of a planning feature and drawing up diagrams of a MRO, accounting of cost of the spare parts and materials used during a MRO, formation of tasks for works, maintaining magazines (works, an operating time, defects, a status), maintaining history of operational statuses and other functions.
