The 1C: Accounting and Trade company integrator completed the project of automation of business center "Delovoy" using a product "BIT:CRM 8".
Background
Earlier at the enterprise spreadsheets were used, with increase in the customer base personnel labor costs grew, sometimes it led to emergence of errors. A system which will allow to save history of customer relations was required for the company, to plan and control accomplishment of the plan for sales volume and also to analyze efficiency of marketing efforts.

Six jobs are automated. As a result of project implementation the company received the tool for the organization of process of work with clients, for control of funds for carrying out marketing efforts and work of personnel.
