At "Research institute of transport of oil and oil products" system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) Euphrates is begun.

About the Solution

For project implementation licenses for simultaneous operation of 50 users and the "Fast Start + Templates + Avtoimport of Documents" configuration were purchased.

Implementation and plans

Now specialists of Scientific Research Institute TNN customize a system according to specifics of document flow of institute.

It is planned that after end of this stage using the Euphrates system accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence will be organized, the uniform archive of electronic documents is created and also internal document flow of the enterprise is automated (approval of memos, agreements, the project documentation, etc.). For control of performing discipline use of a system of reports and automatic notifications is supposed.

The configuration will allow to create quickly standard documents on the basis of the templates created in Microsoft Word (agreements, outgoing letters, memos, etc.). As a result the staff of institute will be exempted from accomplishment of routine transactions that will allow to increase performance of their work.
