To solve these problems, the Planum system was chosen - the Russian platform for automation of planning, budgeting, forecasting, IBP/S & OP and consolidated reporting from the vendor Biplanum. In addition to flexibility and performance, significant factors were: compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, inclusion in the register of domestic software (Registry record No26034 from 28.12.2024), and the presence of an experienced implementation team.

To achieve the goals, Biplanum experts, together with the Open Vision team, conducted a comprehensive study of the company's existing business processes. Based on the collected data, a budgeting and forecasting model was developed with a detailed study:

• revenues and expenses for each project;
• status of payments and receivables;
• plan-fact of analysis and scenario modeling;
• calculations of profitability and profit.

Integration with 1C, Excel and Bitrix allowed you to collect data into a single digital environment. Access levels by role were set up: from analysts to top management. The platform allowed you to manage data without involving IT specialists and make adjustments on the fly.
