the figuration Travel agency is developed on the basis of the standard configuration "Management of Small Firm" of an edition 1.2 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution.

Functionality of the solution allows: make out requests for different types of tours with automatic formation of printed forms of agreements, permits and other primary documents; trace a status of settlement with partners with detailing to the request; create managerial reports on structure of money and the report on financial results.

When developing the software product experience of implementation at such enterprises as is considered: MBA-Tur, Glavtur, Uralfintur, Southern express (Yekaterinburg) and many others.

In addition to opportunities of the standard configuration "Management of Small Firm" of edition 1.2, the configuration Travel agency considers specifics of the enterprises of travel business and provides following features:

  • Accounting of requests of tourists by the directions, tours, managers, etc.;
  • Generation of printed forms of requests for a tour, agreements with tourists, permits and invoices for payment. At the same time all necessary data of the client and the company are substituted from the corresponding reference books of the program;
  • Report generation according to requests with control of settlement and financial performance according to each request,
  • Accounting of settlement with tourists, tour operators and subagents;
  • Report generation on advertizing efficiency and on referees (promotion agents of tours) using a bonus system;
  • Implementation of basic functions of the CRM system: in need of the program it is possible to keep account of all contacts with tourists and tour operators, to send E-mail and the SMS directly from the program with fixing of all contacts;

1C Company receives certificate of conformity No. 2137 of 7/20/2010 issued by FSTEC of Russia which confirms that the protected software package (PSP) "1C: Enterprise, version 8.2z" is recognized as the software tool of general purpose with the built-in information security tools from unauthorized access (NSD) to information which is not containing the data which are the state secret. Based on certification compliance to requirements of regulating documents for protection against class NSD-5, on the level of absence control of not declared opportunities (NDV) on the 4th level of control is confirmed, the possibility of use for creation of the automated systems (AS) to a class of security 1G is confirmed (i.e. AS providing confidential information protection in a LAN) inclusive and also for data protection in personal data information systems (ISPDN) to class K1 inclusive.

The certified copies of the platform are marked by marks of conformity from No. G 420000 to No. G 429999.

All configurations developed on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform (e.g. "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8, "1C: Travel agency 8", etc.), can be used during creation of a personal data information system of any class and additional certification of application solutions is not required.

In edition 1.3 there was an opportunity to plan resources of the enterprise, the calendar of the employee is implemented and new Jobs - the special interfaces of the program intended for accomplishment of a certain set of economic or managerial transactions are added.

Service program capabilities are expanded and improved, its use is simplified.

When developing edition wishes of the users having experience of real life application of the program in business management were considered.

  • The workplace Scheduler is intended for formation and the analysis of the scheduled plan of execution of works, rendering services. "1C: Travel agency 8" allows to analyze and plan qualitatively necessary resources of the enterprise (for example, loading and distribution of employees by works).
  • In the Workplace Working schedules form templates of working schedules, working schedules to resources are appointed, deviations in work of resources for loading planning including within day (for scenarios like "employee asked for leave for half an hour tomorrow") are registered.

At the same time the actual documents can be processed at the same time both on one, and by several selected outstanding orders, information on which is provided in a workplace. Directly from the Workplace it is possible to analyze a status of the selected orders and a status of settlement.

  • to quickly obtain information on a status of bank accounts, cash amounts for the beginning and for the end of day, the amounts of receipts and cash write-offs in a day;
  • enter bank statements (receipt and an expense from the account);
  • perform automatic unloading and loading of bank statements through Client-bank;
  • create the list of unpaid payment orders and perform on them input of an expense of money from the account or planning of this event;
  • see planned receipts and payments and to automatically create on them documents of cash flow and payment orders.
  • * The workplace Cash documents gives the chance:
  • to quickly obtain information on a status of money in cash desks, cash amounts for the beginning and the end of day, the amounts of receipts and cash write-offs in a day;
  • perform operations on cash desks: receipt and funds expenditure;
  • control planned receipts, payments and to automatically create on them documents of cash flow.

At the beginning of 2016 the product underwent the next certification on obtaining the status "Compatibly! System of programs 1C: Enterprise" software product "1C: Travel agency", edition 1.6, developed by VDGB LLC company and provided on certification as the addition to the standard configuration "Management of Small Firm" developed in the environment of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 on the Taxi interface.

Industry solution "1C: The travel agency" is intended for automation of management accounting in travel agencies.
