Choupette ("1C: Trade Management 8")

Recently the system of barcoding became one of recognized tools for effective management of the range. It allows to monitor receipt of products in shop, to control a status of trade inventories and to timely make out supplier orders. The modern equipment allowing to use the system of barcoding was installed in Penza Choupette shop.

The Choupette shop (IP Tugusheva Marina Sergeyevna) offers a wide choice of products for newborns and the smallest. In assortment of shop envelopes on the statement from maternity hospital and vypisny sets, baptismal clothes, cradles, bed linen, clothes for kids from 0 to 36 months and handmade children's furniture.

Before opening of shop its management was interested in selection of optimal software products for management of trade operations. Besides, the shop needed automation by means of a retail store equipment. As an optimal solution highly qualified specialists of BIT selected the 1C: Trade Management 8 program. Such solution allows to store information on all product names and to manage the range, to create price policy of shop, to control financial performance of trade enterprise and to trace a commodity remaining balance.

System operation of barcoding in shop is ensured by a thermal printer of printing of the ZEBRA LP 2824 Plus labels and the hand SYMBOL LS 2208 "Cobra" one-plane scanner. Besides, on point of sale of shop the printer of documents for ASPD FPrint-5200 UIIT allowing to issue to buyers the document, confirming the purchase fact was installed. Specialists of BIT provided individual training of staff of shop according to the software and work with a retail store equipment.

As a result of implementation the management of shop had an opportunity of sales planning and efficiency evaluation of work of shop. In plans of cooperation of the companies – ensuring further correct operation of the equipment and service of the software.
