2025: TRIM Implementation
Specialists of NPP SpetsTek have completed the project of automation of the maintenance and repair management system (MR) of the technological equipment of JSC Arkhangelsk Distillery. SpetsTek NPP announced this on April 24, 2025.
The technological basis of the project was the TRIM software complex - a domestic product of the EAM/APM class, included in the Unified Register of Russian programs for computers and databases. The project executor is SpetsTek NPP, TRIM developer, professional consultant in the field of industrial asset management systems. The customer's personnel was also involved in the work.
The project resources were focused on the most important production assets of the plant - the filling shop and the main compressor equipment. In relation to these assets, the project carried out certification, created a register of equipment and a catalog of its types, introduced maintenance and repair procedures, created a database of standards (labor, spare parts) for the performance of work, classifiers of defects and failures with the possibility of automated selection of causes and linking the defect to a specific piece of equipment.
system integration MRO management with a corporate resource management system based on is implemented. 1C:ERP Automated exchange between these systems is carried out by means of a converter in the part data on the movement of goods in the warehouse (receipt, consumption, movement), formation and accounting of warehouse documents, transfer from TRIM to: 1CERP purchase orders for goods, synchronization of both systems in terms of regulatory reference. information
In the created maintenance and repair system, the customer's technical service carries out volumetric scheduling of scheduled work, generates procurement requests and delivery notes, reports on the performance of work.
In turn, manufacturers, using the Web interface of the system, register defects with an initial classification in it, including the binding of a photograph of an emerging defect and its description, submit applications for the elimination of defects, monitor the status of work. Applications from production personnel are analyzed by the technical service, if necessary, the classification of defects is specified, work is planned for them.
The analytical subsystem provides the management with tools for analysis, including plan/actual, including the performance of work, costs, use of material resources, etc.
It is planned to further develop the created system. In particular, it is planned to deploy part of the system on mobile devices in order to connect adjudicators to it, and provide them with the opportunity to directly receive work tasks from mobile devices, access all information on the equipment on which they are to work, and enter work reports from mobile devices.
It is also planned to implement integration with APCS to collect data on operating time, data on operational states (operation/shutdown), on the duration and causes of shutdown. This will allow you to move on to MRO planning by operating time and analyze the causes of downtime.
