Requirements of information centers of the companies of small and medium business needing optimal balance of performance and energy consumption became a starting point for Emerson Network Power company – business division of Emerson company, having created Liebert HPC line. All chillers in a line provide the increased performance, and the Liebert HPC-M model differs in the construction expected optimal control of cooling for small and medium information centers. In Liebert chillers R134a freon is used, and their rated power is 800 kW from 300.

Each model in this series exists in the configuration of free cooling allowing to use low and average temperatures of fresh air for water cooling. Thus, depending on the street temperature and degree of a heat load on information center, power saving can make up to 90 percent. Liebert HPC chillers allow to provide the maximum level of energy saving and also can be used at air temperature up to 52 °C.

The Liebert HPC-M model differs in unprecedented efficiency in work. The new generation of chillers has advanced design with the big heat exchange surfaces maximizing already high performance of the previous versions. Liebert HPC-M chillers can work with the return water of high temperature (up to 26 °C) and can be with architecture of Smart Aisle of Emerson Network Power company. All series of new chillers was created using new technologies and the new software for receiving high stable energy saving that would allow to increase value of the European seasonal indicator of power efficiency (ESEER) and an indicator of a total fractional load (IPLV). New generation of the compressors optimized for work under a partial load, the new heat exchangers created for R134a freon use and a new electronic broad valve – here only some of the latest technology devices used in Liebert HPC-M for increase in efficiency at the maximum level of performance.

Thanks to development of the control algorithms applied by Emerson Network Power company all Liebert HPC models can continuously control condenser fans, adapting their speed for working conditions and operating the machine with a permanent power. Thanks to the EC-Fans technology providing the highest performance at any speed – from minimum to maximum, there was an opportunity to make the choice for benefit of decrease in noise level or increase in energy saving. And, at last, the chiller can be equipped with the invertor pump allowing to regulate a water consumption.

In Liebert HPC–M "the fast start" is used. This function which is absent at products of the rival companies allows to resume quickly operation of the chiller right after power supply recovery that ensures smooth operation of cooling. High performance is reached thanks to the innovative technology of the Emerson Network Power company consisting, in particular, in careful selection of components of the best brands in the market – both for compressors, and for fans. It allows to support the highest quality standards and prolongs service life of machines and their components.
