2025: Implementation of Dynamika Debt Collection
Far Eastern Bank implemented an eco-system solution IT Dynamika -. DebtCollection The system has combined all stages of collection into a single workspace, which helps employees interact faster and more conveniently with debtors and, as a result, more effectively reduce the level of delay. In addition, the decision strictly controls compliance with the requirements of federal law 230-FZ in terms of accounting for communications between the Bank and customers. This was announced on April 28, 2025 by Dynamika.
According to the company, Dynamika DebtCollection ensures efficient work with debts at various stages. When the delay goes to a late stage, an automated solution allows you to digitize work with problematic assets: as soon as the loan goes into delay, the system automatically creates a client card that displays the current stage of debt, return dates and conditions that the bank can customize individually. For each stage of debt, a separate set of events is configured, including outgoing calls, field meetings and other actions that are carried out by the bank. All activity is organized in a single employee work interface through Dynamika's universal "Tasks" module. Each task has a clear time frame, responsible and role model, which allows you to effectively distribute responsibilities among employees and monitor their implementation. The system also fixes the promises of customers to pay off the debt and monitors their fulfillment automatically.
At the stage of legal proceedings as part of the collection, additional functionality is available:
- calculation of the debt for the claim, including the state duty and the formation of printed forms for going to court;
- conducting court hearings;
- fixing the judgment and the amounts awarded.
The use of the management system business processes Camunda in conjunction with the Dynamika platform made it possible to set up a flexible process for coordinating and making decisions on debt collection.
The integration of DebtCollection into a single Dynamika IT ecosystem provides synchronization with other company solutions, allowing employees to share information and coordinate the work of various departments. Such combined approach provides a comprehensive solution to the problem of debt repayment, making the process more transparent and efficient.
The decision pays particular attention to automatic control over compliance with the norms of federal legislation "On the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals when carrying out activities to return overdue debts and on amending the Federal Law" On Microfinance Activities and Microfinance Organizations "of 03.07.2016 N 230-FZ.
The system strictly records all interactions with borrowers and the time frame for collection measures, excluding the risks of violation of the law. Thanks to Dynamika DebtCollection, the Far Eastern Bank was able to optimize the work of employees participating in the debt collection process by combining all functions in a single system and automating some of the routine tasks. This made it possible to reduce labor costs for all involved business processes and increase portfolio coverage.
