Provider communication solutions Telfin"" expands the functionality of the telephone network of the company Softpresident"" by integrating communication services with the Megaplan system, improving the quality of customer service and the level of service. Telfin announced this on April 28, 2025.

The Softpresident team develops its own IT solutions on the 1C platform, and also implements information systems of third-party developers.

The Softpresident communication network is built on the basis of the Telfin. Office PBX. Employees use services such as voice greeting and IVR, call scripts and queues, call connection, voice mail. Despite the fact that specialists work in different cities of the Russian Federation, they actively use forwarding, translation and interception of calls in one click.

The company keeps statistics of all customer calls and records of telephone conversations. 50GB cloud storage lets you store 500,000 minutes of calls and voicemail messages. To improve the quality of service, a subsequent analysis of customer requests is carried out, control over the quality of their service and the competence of Softpresident employees.

In addition, the integration of Telfin and Megaplan services allows you to keep a history of cooperation with customers within the same system. Data is automatically captured and updated in real time, so customer arrangements are never lost. Even missed customer requests end up in CRM, and the system sets employees the task of calling back.
