Essential costs of time for processing and the analysis of personnel documentation, a large number of orders on staff and need of increase in efficiency of work with personnel in general, pushed the management of Legislative Assembly of the Novosibirsk region to automation of activity of service of personnel.

The legislative assembly uses one more development of Electronic Office Systems company - the document flow automation system "CASE", and, for the automated reflection of changes of the staff list in the reference book by officials and divisions of the CASE system, the subsystem of synchronization of "KADRY + CASE" was purchased.
