2025: Completion of the first phase of digital transformation at ELMA365

In 2025, the Liquidator company, one of the representatives in the market for dismantling and construction and restoration work at the hazardous facility, launched a digital transformation project on ELMA365. The project will allow the company to eliminate management bottlenecks and prepare the digital ground for scaling.

Liquidator carries out a full range of work throughout the Russian Federation and occupies a stable position in the field of industrial construction. The growth of the scale of the business required the creation of a single digital control loop capable of maintaining high process speed, reducing costs and ensuring transparency at all levels.

Before the start of the project, the team analyzed Low-code automation tools and tested several solutions. The choice was made in favor of ELMA365. According to the customer, the key advantage was the developed Low-code architecture, a high-quality reference base, flexibility of configuration and the ability to quickly adapt to the specifics of the industrial business.

The main objectives of the project include the automation of tender, contract, procurement and design processes. This will give the team a reduction in the proportion of manual operations and errors, centralization of data in a "single window," an increase in performing discipline through a system of reminders and deadlines. In addition, digitalized circuits will be integrated with other IT systems required by the company.

After the first stage of implementation, the company managed to reduce the time for processing tenders and documentation, as well as increase the number of deals processed. Errors in document processing are minimized by using templates and autocomplete. Reducing the share of routine tasks allowed employees to focus on strategically important business goals.

The liquidator has a lot of accumulated experience.
