Project objectives

The main goal of the project was the introduction of the 1C:ERP Management Holding information system to create a single digital accounting loop capable of providing reliable and timely information about the company's economic activities.

Strategic objectives:

  • Centralization of management, operational, accounting and tax accounting.
  • Support for planning, gross profit forecasting, valuation of material costs, and cost of sales.

Short-term objectives:

  • Increase the completeness, quality and speed of information processing.
  • Building a unified information environment that excludes fragmented accounting.

Project objectives

  • Providing up-to-date management information in real time.
  • Formation of management and commodity balance sheets.
  • Create tools for planning and analyzing gross profit.
  • Process Automation:
    • regulatory reference information management (NSI);
    • planning and budgeting;
    • purchasing and sales;
    • logistics (transport and warehouse);
    • Treasury;
    • preparation of management and regulated reporting.

Pre-implementation situation

Prior to the project, the company used outdated Access and Excel-based software. The lack of a centralized system led to the following problems:

  • Fragmented accounting and a high share of manual labor.
  • Errors when transferring data between files.
  • Dependence on narrow specialists.
  • Lack of relevant analytical tools and reporting.

Project uniqueness and innovation

Although the project did not require a complex architecture, it became an example of deep and accurate adaptation of the standard solution "1C:ERP Management of the Holding" for real business tasks without excessive customization.

Key features:

  • Implementation of the mechanism for automatic loading of Excel registers into the system.
  • Generate invoices in English with support for multiple shipments.
  • Use the Vanessa Automation environment for basic autotests.
  • Accounting for unique business logic, preserving the usual approaches to calculations and reporting.

Project results

  • Creation of a centralized accounting system covering key business processes.
  • Increase data transparency and manageability.
  • Reducing manual operations:
    • Downloading registers now takes 4 times less time.
    • Ordering is accelerated by 20%.
    • Approval of applications for payment has been accelerated by 3 times.

  • Integration with DirectBank system for faster payment reflection.
  • Reducing the number of errors and improving the quality of regulated reporting.
