2025: Implementation of "1C:ERP Holding Management"
Project objectives
The main goal of the project was the introduction of the 1C:ERP Management Holding information system to create a single digital accounting loop capable of providing reliable and timely information about the company's economic activities.

- Support for planning, gross profit forecasting, valuation of material costs, and cost of sales.

Prior to the project, the company used outdated Access and Excel-based software. The lack of a centralized system led to the following problems:

Project uniqueness and innovation
Although the project did not require a complex architecture, it became an example of deep and accurate adaptation of the standard solution "1C:ERP Management of the Holding" for real business tasks without excessive customization.
