The resident of a cluster of information technologies Fonda "Skolkovo", the company "Cashoff Lab" added functionality of a system of remote banking Russian Regional Development Bank (VBRR). The clients of bank having the Family Command card Rosneft of gas Station network and MULTINATIONAL CORPORATION, can control the saved-up and got points according to the loyalty program in Internet banking and in mobile application of VBRR.

Clients of VBRR can connect the bonus account of the Family Command card directly in the Internet banking or in mobile application. It allows to browse up-to-date information on the bonus account of "A family command", without coming into a personal account of the loyalty program.

The Cashoff system expands opportunities for customer service, thereby providing to banks and partners of an opportunity for use of service of recommendations and intellectual councils. Thus, "smart advice" helps clients of VBRR to plan future purchases and also to save through actions, discounts, receiving cash-back with segmentation both on shops, and on the purchased goods and services.

On October 5, 2015 the companies BSS also Cashoff announced start Cashoff - service for klinet of bank - individuals, on the platform "RBS BS-Client. Private Client".

This service - development of Cashoff company, is built in the RBS system of bank for individuals on the basis of the solution BSS "by RBS BS-Client. Private Client".

VBRR (2014) ATM

Service of management of personal finance allows to collect and in a complex to analyze financial data of the client, including on the basis of information from other banks. Service supports aggregation of the accounts opened in other banks, web purses, personal accounts of mobile operators within one window, income and expenses of cash.

Using the innovation methods and algorithms of intellectual processing of financial data of PFM service, the bank reveals consumer preferences of each client. It helps to create personal financial recommendations and councils for each user, to provide information on actions and discounts of favourite shops, thereby raising a customer loyalty and their trust to credit institution. Being guided by individual consumer preferences of clients, the bank receives a scope for promotion of own financial products and services.

Service of Cashoff company after implementation in the remote channel allows bank to increase the volume of cashless payments to 80%, up to 60% of the general base to increase a share of active clients of bank, and, as a result, at least on each client in a month to increase the additional income by 100 rubles.

Dmitry Gorkov, the CEO of Cashoff Lab LLC noted: "In bank community it is considered to be that management systems for personal finance are some kind of game. In fact PFM is a game only for clients, at the same time for bank it is a source of invaluable knowledge of the clients whose competent use allows bank not only to raise a customer loyalty, but also to gain from them additional direct income".
