The Korus Consulting Group of Companies team created a digital space for employees of the Modern Renovation Systems company by introducing the K-Team HRM corporate portal based on Bitrix24. Corus Consulting announced this on April 30, 2025.

LLC "Modern Renovation Systems" ("SSR") is one of the engineering companies in Russia. He specializes in complex solutions to the problems of construction, modernization and restoration of communal infrastructure and engineering systems throughout the country. The company "SSR" has implemented over 400 projects in all federal districts of Russia, and the staff has more than 2300 specialists.

To strengthen internal communications, the specialists of the SSR company decided to introduce a corporate portal. This strategy was necessary to effectively develop the corporate culture and create a unified digital environment by combining HR processes.

As a solution, the company chose the K-Team HRM platform, which made it possible to get all the necessary functionality in a short time. In addition, K-Team has a number of advantages that have become decisive: the base of the standard Bitrix24 interface with modules for expanding functionality in terms of HR processes, a friendly interface, intuitive navigation and a large number of available settings for administrators and users.

The implementation of the project required additional technical solutions, since at the time of the introduction of the corporate portal in the company Bitrix24 was already partially used. We started working with the corporate portal on the MVP principle - first we implemented the most important modules, and then gradually developed the project, gradually introducing new functionality, adapting it to the needs of the company and assessing the demand among employees. As part of the first stage, the K-Team.Intranet module was launched, which includes an employee's personal account, a news feed, a telephone directory, an ideas bank, an interactive office map, booking meeting rooms and much more. The K-Team team integrated the module into the already existing Bitrix24 system, configured the basic functionality of the intranet, tested and trained employees to work with the new corporate portal.

The second stage included the integration of key corporate portal data with the Microsoft Active Directory directory and the 1C: ZUP personnel accounting system. In addition, the KORUS Consulting team configured the Kerberos SSO, which provided seamless user access to the portal.

The implementation of these stages allowed employees to receive news about the corporate life of the company in a single window, see the current structure of the organization, search for contacts of colleagues, elements of corporate identity and document templates, as well as take surveys and participate in corporate activities on the portal.
