The Nonolet Kit company continues replication of the Boss-personnel officer system at the enterprises of Siberian Cement holding.
The Topkinsky Cement plant in 2002 became the first enterprise of holding, tested a new personnel management system. Later by forces of IT specialists of holding a HRM system was installed on "The Krasnoyarsk cement" and "By Angarsk cement and mountain plant".
In January, 2007 the solution was replicated on management company of holding in Kemerovo. Besides, the mechanism of integration of a HRM system into the 1C: Accounting 8.0 application was implemented.
The present project provides automation of accounting of personnel and payroll for Kuzbasstranstsement transport company and the Zapsibtsement sales company in Novosibirsk. A system should be finished, having implemented in it the payment types used at these enterprises.
