"Nauka-Svyaz of Ivanovo" automates document flow and business processes

The pilot project of system implementation of business process management of ELMA in Nauka-Svyaz of Ivanovo company which started in November, 2010 is successfully complete. The main objective which was solved within the first stage of implementation - setup of office and document flow.

In the work the staff of the company faces the large volume of documents. With respect thereto there was a special need in optimization and increase in efficiency of work with documentation, and also need of ensuring fast and high-quality processing of incoming documents.

The next stage it is going to automate the main business processes of the company, one of which - processing of requests from clients.

As a result the enterprise will receive the modern mechanism of management and interaction which will allow to optimize work of employees and all company in general, to reduce time of execution of instructions and to increase efficiency of obtaining necessary information.
