In Akwa Vizhion implementation of ERP comes to the end

The GMCS company completes the project of complex business process automation of Akwa Vizhion company. At the customer the mySAP Business Suite system is implemented.

The project of automation started in August, 2005, in its framework was planned to implement the modules FI, FM, MM, CO, PP, SD, PM and HR. By April 1, 2006 transfer to the mode of commercial operation of all modules, except PP and SD which had to be started by June 1 was planned.

Feature of the project is its maintaining in parallel with construction of the plant on production of drinks (number of staff will be more than 700 people, design capacity – 500 million liters a year), on which processes should be covered by a uniform ERP system.  According to customer representatives, owing to the features inherent in the investment project, delivery of the plant was delayed that, respectively, did not allow to implement in full works on implementation. Start of the plant is planned for the end of 2006.

So far in the mode of productive operation all modules which setup is not connected with activity of the plant under construction, in particular are used: budgeting, sales planning, productions and purchases, purchases, production management, sales. Account in the organization is kept in the system of SAP, and transition to a new system, for ensuring unity of credentials, was performed since January, 2006. At the same time, integration of ERP and a MES system is not executed yet owing to the fact that the equipment is not installed yet.

In development plans for an information system SAP implementation of CRM for implementation of service of mobile sales, SAP implementation of QM for quality control deepening, integration of a system into the solution on scheduling of direct deliveries to end consumers, integration of SAP PP with a MES system and transition to strategic management by business based on SAP BI.
