2018: System implementation of management of machining workshop
On January 16, 2018 the Parus company announced end of system implementation of management of machining workshop in Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPTs of Pilyugin.
The workshop executing processing of parts on metalworking CNC machines uses software for replaceable production planning, accounting of the actual execution of transactions of processing of parts on machines, dispatchings of the production plan of workshop and control of planned and actual loading of machines. At the same time problems of formation and adjustment of the production plan of workshop, accounting of receipt of batches of procurements, control of security of the production plan of workshop with procurements are solved. Data of technology processes of the files created in CAD TP ADEM CAM/ are loaded into a system CAPP, replaceable tasks on the basis of route sheets and plans of loading of the machines using a data collection terminal which are switched on in a replaceable task form.
Using software account of the actual execution of transactions of route sheets is kept, planned and actual loading of machines, execution of the production plan is controlled, monthly reports on the actual development of workshop form.
This planning and the accounting in the PARUS-Enterprise 8 system are carried out by 6 employees, in workshop 14 processing centers of turning and milling group are operated, the nomenclature of the parts made by workshop includes more than 150 units. Control functions are performed using the web system interface on the basis of the reports created online. In total 15 users work with a system.
2017: System implementation of planning of assembly production
On November 29, 2017 the Parus company announced system implementation of planning, accounting and dispatching of assembly production on the PARUS-Enterprise 8 platform in Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPTs of Pilyugin.
The management system for assembly production allows to reduce duration and labor input of formation and adjustment of diagrams of start/order release, to increase the accuracy of quarter and monthly work planning of assembly shops, efficiency of accounting of DSE and dispatching of orders in a production process. Parus provides the management of the enterprise of up-to-date and reliable information about course of execution of orders by products and large nodes.
Using the software product problems of formation and correction of structures of products, quarter production plans of assembly shops are solved with breakdown on months, delivery plans DSE in cooperation, conducting inventory accounting of DSE arriving in cooperation, completing of products and DSE in a warehouse. Control of security of assembly of products and DSE, execution by workshops of production plans, delivery plans in cooperation, executions of orders by the nomenclature, quantity and terms is exercised. Functions of control are implemented in the WEB INTERFACE representing a set of hierarchically connected reports created online on the basis of planned and accounting information of the ASUP database.
37 employees of production supervisory control, 8 assembly shops, 5 mechanical workshops, 7 warehouses of ready parts and products work with a management system for assembly production.
2016: System implementation of processing of design documentation
On July 14, 2016 the Parus company announced an implementation project on the PARUS-Enterprise 8 platform of an automated system of processing and accounting of design documentation in integration with an electronic document management system into Federal State Unitary Enterprise NPTs of Pilyugin.
Project Progress
In 2008 the enterprise customer automated on the "PARUS-Purchase management, a warehouse and implementation" platform the basic processes of departments of supply and a complete set connected with it functions of technical inspection departments, economical and financial.
Project Results
For July 14, 2016 24 employees of the services responsible for processing and accounting of design documentation work with a system. Functionality, except directly accounting, includes reporting for verification of the considered copies of documentation (lists of boundary notifications, inventories, etc.), registration of preliminary notifications and projects. The software product allows to control terms considerations of preliminary notifications by developer divisions of design documentation and terms of implementation of the offered changes.
Integration with an electronic document management system which provides approval of design-technology documentation on printed circuit boards is executed. The solution is implemented in the form of a set of web interfaces that allows its use on computers with the operating system other than MS Windows.
For July 14, 2016 NPTsAP of a name of the academician N.A. Pilyugin works on expansion of functionality of e-document flow regarding approval of design and technology documentation, ASOUKD – regarding processing and accounting of technology documentation.
