2023: Implementation of Primo RPA
Ural Steel automated processes in the commercial directorate using the Primo RPA platform. The company decided to robotize within the framework of following the business digitalization strategy. The experience of industry colleagues and familiarity with the solution helped to get a response from business units and assess the potential for the effectiveness of the technology. At the first stage, two robots were introduced on the Primo RPA platform. They saved employees from routine tasks by improving the accuracy of work and the quality of counterparty analysis. As a result, the quality of decisions made has improved and the risk of errors has decreased.
