The Aspek group expands functionality of the electronic document management system to the KPI system

At a part of the enterprises of the oil and automobile directions of Aspek group the new solution management of key performance indicators of performing discipline based on DocsVision is implemented. The Izhevsk partner of DocsVision – Corporate systems company was engaged in development and deployment of this solution.

This electronic document management system already worked at the enterprises of group in the mode of commercial operation during which the considerable volume of statistical information on quantity and quality characteristics of business processes collected. For a possibility of the analysis of this information the decision on development of the system of key indicators of processes (KPI) characterizing quality of processes and level of performing discipline of employees was made. The settlement indicators connected with the system of motivation and compensation were entered, the storage system of these indicators during different time frames is developed and special business processes of collecting of measure values on the fulfilled copies of business processes are configured.

Also for convenience of the analysis of values and dynamics of change of indicators were a number of reports on the basis of mechanisms of representations and detailed reports of an electronic document management system is developed. Now the analysis of indicators from the management of the enterprises is possible both on individual employees, and on division in general. If necessary detailing of a change history of each indicator for the period, including by types of processes is possible. The structure of indicators is expanded that allows to change their structure depending on requirements of the enterprise and the changing economic conditions over time. At the moment the new solution covers about 200 employees of group.
