The compulsory health insurance Lipetsk regional fund implements the system of optimization of control over health facilities

Work of the Lipetsk regional fund of compulsory health insurance (RFCHI) will be shortly automated. The project based on an information and analytical system "BARS. Web Monitoring of Health Insurance" is implemented by BARS Black Earth company.

About the Solution

The software is implemented for the purpose of optimization of control of activity of the hospitals, clinics and other treatment and prevention facilities (TPF) working in the system of the compulsory health insurance (CHI). With its help at the regional level the uniform base of information resources thanks to which operational monitoring of statistical, financial and qualitative indexes of system operation of compulsory health insurance will become possible will be created. In particular, it data on quantity medical the organizations working in the region about number of visits, the cost of medical services.

Expectations

The solution will allow to receive the detailed statistical data both on a single organization, and on network of health facilities, at the same time having minimized human errors at a stage of input, transfer and further consolidation of information. The last will be provided due to automatic control of the data entered in a report form. The mechanism of intra uniform, interuniform and interperiod control ratios will provide compliance of a report form to the parameters set by OFOMS.
