Dagsvyazyinform calculates the salary of all the branches and divisions using 1C:Enterprise 8

KiN Firm LLC completed the project of automation of payroll based on software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" at the telecom operator of JSC Dagsvyazyinform, largest in the Republic of Dagestan. According to the results of the project in uniform information base payroll of 3000 employees in 5 branches and 26 divisions located across all territory of the Republic of Dagestan is conducted. Labor costs are several times reduced by execution of operations of payroll, time of formation of the regulated reporting and data of the personified accounting from 5 days till 3 o'clock is reduced. 40 jobs are automated.

The Dagsvyazyinform open joint stock company is the main operator of the international, intercity communication in the Republic of Dagestan. The company provides services of e-mail, a hosting, etc., performs operation of own DINET data network connecting among themselves all cities and areas of the republic. Total number of workers in JSC Dagsvyazyinform is about 3000 people.

Consolidation in a common information space of data on calculation and salary accrual of several branches, reduction of time spent by employees for formation of the regulated reporting and data of the personified accounting was a project objective of automation. As a basis for a payroll system the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" configuration on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was selected.

During implementation by specialists of "KiN Firm" company with which JSC Dagsvyazyinform cooperates not the first year the following sections were automated:

• data entry about actually worked time of employees on places, accounting of a worked time according to replaceable calendars;
• calculation of advance payment and salary;
• formation of payments on the salary through banks;
• calculation of taxes;
• unloading of data by branches and divisions of the company in the accounting system on the 1C: Enterprise platform.

Thanks to automation the following results were achieved:

• terms of payroll are reduced;
• the staff, occupied with payroll is optimized;
• time of formation of postings for unloading of data on the salary in a centralized system of accounting is reduced.
• terms of formation of the regulated reporting and data of the personified accounting from 5 days till 3 o'clock are reduced.
• the company management obtains exact information on number of staff, on wage fund by branches, divisions and categories of positions, can monitor employee transfers and shifts.

Now a system is successfully operated in the company, maintenance of a system is performed by forces of specialists of "KiN Firm" company.

Vladimir Abramov, the head of information technology of JSC Dagsvyazyinform, so estimated project deliverables: "System implementation allowed to reduce considerably time of payroll, to exclude the inevitable errors connected with manual entry of information necessary for payroll. The flexible system of reports allows to obtain quickly now necessary information on registration of personnel and the accrued payroll by branches".
