1C: Library 8

Software product "1C: Library 8" it is intended for automation of activity of libraries of different types (including municipal, educational institutions, the enterprises) and appointments (universal, special, children's).

Main functionality of the program:

• management of traditional and electronic library stock taking into account ensuring functioning of library processes of completing, cataloguing, accounting, storage and service;
• full support of the RUSMARC format;
• barcoding and the automated knigovydacha;
• the automated calculation of a knigoobespechennost;
• support of all necessary printed forms according to standard instructions and the methodical recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

The program allows to automate all workflows of activity of library, is integrated with standard solutions of 1C Company.

In a configuration unloading of data is provided in the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 program. Unloading is performed in XML file in the level of receipt documents and write-off of library stock. Also in the program export and import of bibliographic records in the RUSMARC format by means of file sharing in ISO is implemented.

The configuration is developed using objects of the Library of Standard Subsystems tools of 1C Company.

2017: Transfer "1C: PROF libraries" on the 1C: Enterprise platform of version 8.3

Edition 2.0 of the software product "1C: PROF library" is developed on a modern technology platform of 1C: Enterprise of version 8.3 providing scalability, openness, simplicity of administration and configuring. The technology platform of 1C: Enterprise of version 8.3 allows to work in the mode of the thin client and web client with the accessibility to information base via the Internet including in the mode of low connection speed.

New in functionality:

• The functionality of integration with "1C is developed: E-learning" access to electronic textbooks directly from the electronic directory of a system "1C is also improved: PROF library".
• The functionality of data integration with a system "1C is developed: Education. School".
• The opportunity for work in a partitioned mode of data is added.
• Work with the Digital library is selected in the independent section.
• Mechanisms are optimized:
• search of bibliographic records
• export and import of bibliographic data in mark-formats
• sortings in summary electronic directories
• Processing "Import from ISO" for loading of bibliographic records from files of the big size is improved.
• The functionality of spelling in the complete and simplified editor of RUSMARC is added.
• Options of checks of records when loading are expanded. Options allow to import the bibliographic records which are not reference from the different automated library systems, corporate electronic directories, the websites of domestic and foreign libraries.
• Support of unloading and exchange with base of the Biblioteka24 portal is added.
• The functionality of accounting, write-off and inventory of objects of library stock is optimized, the form of the act of write-off of exclusive objects of library stock is added (it is approved as the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of 3/30/2015 N of 52 N)
• The feature for loading of base of completing from the Excel file is added.
• Possibilities of creation of options of catalog cards for analytical records which can be configured as for the user when viewing the bibliographic description in a desirable type of a catalog card, and for a cataloguer during creation and editing bibliographic descriptions are expanded.
