Control automation by the Avant enterprise it is continued by implementation of 1C: Accounting

For automation of the accounting activity the company management of "Avant", selected the 1C: Accounting software product, the standard solution 1C developed on a technology platform 1C:Enterprise 8. Works on implementation of an information system were carried out by 1C:VDGB company which already had successful experience together with the Avant enterprise at implementation 1C: Small Business Management 8.

The program selected for implementation is the ready-made solution 1C for automation of the majority of sections of accounting. 1C: Accounting 8 software product represents to the Accounting component, allows to implement any scheme of accounting and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components.

• keep fixed asset accounting and intangible assets. Distribution of fixed asset depreciation and intangible assets by several directions is possible;
• keep account of Inventories;
• keep account of services;
• keep lot-based account (assessment methods: on average, the FIFO, LIFO);
• keep the cash-book, the purchase ledger and the sales ledger;
• prepare the regulated reporting and keep the personified account;
• keep account of several organizations in uniform information base.

The Enterprise accounting configuration can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components of a system of programs 1C: Enterprise. With the help of implementation of the 1C: Accounting program in Avant company the following directions of accounting are automated:

• trade operations;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• distribution of indirect expenses;
• calculations for the VAT;
• calculations for income tax.

The standard configuration is implemented without significant changes. Are held demonstrations by specialists of "1C:VDGB", installation and elementary education to work with the program. The client the Avant enterprise is on information and technology support of 1C now.
