In Haritonye Condominium implementation of the software solution 1C:VDGB is successfully complete: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC, industry solution developed on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.

Documentation of a management activity of condominium is performed on the basis of the operating nation-wide normative and methodical materials. According to the management of Haritonye Condominium office-work in a partnership is just necessary "as air" for a management activity of condominium. And it is necessary to begin it at once as soon as in an apartment house the initiative group at the choice of a method of management of the apartment house is formed.

For accomplishment of implementation the 1C:VDGB software product was selected: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC which considers specifics of work of the enterprises of the industry of housing and communal services. Automation of accounting and management of housing and public utilities was entrusted 1C:VDGB company having experience of similar implementations of specialized 1C systems at the housing and public utilities enterprises.

1C:VDGB program: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC, due to integration into the standard solution 1C: Accounting 8, allowed to automate the following sections of accounting activity of Haritonye Condominium:

    • material accounting;
    • inventory control;
    • accounting of transactions with money;
    • fixed asset accounting and intangible assets;
    • salary accrual;
    • application of any tax modes (the STS, an UIIT, the normal system of taxation, SP) and transition from one tax regime to another in working base in several minutes;
    • house cost accounting:
    • automatic allocation of costs on services and materials in houses, parkings and other accounting items;
    • a set of the flexible and configured cost allocation methods: by the number of houses, on the area, by quantity living and also according to any other quantity characteristic tied to an accounting item;
    • fixing to any building of several masters or divisions and other responsible persons;

possibility of allocation of costs on the buildings assigned to a certain master or division;

    • formation of acts on the performed works;
    • report generation on costs, including the reference cost calculation.

The works on implementation of the 1C:VDGB program for housing and public utilities are at the moment completed. The industry solution is set without significant configuration changes, for the staff of Haritonye Condominium training of 1C is provided, information and technology service (1C:ITS) of the 1C:VDGB program is performed: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC.
