Account by Peredsud is kept based on 1C: Accounting now

For automation of the accounting activity of Peredsudom LLC selected the 1C: Accounting software product, the standard solution 1C developed on a technology platform 1C:Enterprise 8. Works on implementation of an information system were carried out by 1C:VDGB company.

The Peredsudom project is the Russian legal Online project in the field of virtual consultation for lawyers (promotion of legal services) and people for whom objective legal information and the qualified legal aid is necessary.

Mission of the Peredsudom project — creation and development of the system of law of information century providing effective legal protection of citizens and legal entities in the modern constitutional state.

The program selected for implementation is the ready-made solution 1C for automation of the majority of sections of accounting. 1C: Accounting 8 software product represents to the Accounting component, allows to implement any scheme of accounting and can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components.

The general problem of automation was receiving the tool for process management of the regulated and tax accounting, sale, an inventory control and operational obtaining necessary information for acceptance of management decisions and the analysis of the broad picture of a financial status of the Peredsudom enterprise.

By means of implementation of the standard solution 1C: Accounting in Peresudom LLC company the following sections of accounting are automated:

• trade operations;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• distribution of indirect expenses;
• accounting of inventory stocks (including multiturnover container);
• calculations for the VAT;
• calculations for income tax.

Standard configuration 1C is implemented without significant changes. Are held demonstrations by specialists of "1C:VDGB", installation and elementary education to work with the program. The labor input of work on accounting and tax accounting was much more reduced due to full automation of necessary sections in program 1C. The client of Peredsudom LLC is on information and technology support now.
