Tranzas installed a modern management system for ship traffic in the port of Ilyichevsk (Ukraine)

A system is accepted by the decision of the State commission of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine in operation and recognized to conforming requirements imposed to SUDS of the highest category.

The delivered system allows to make in the long term integration of SUDS of the port of Ilyichevsk and port of Yuzhny with creation of the Regional SUDS ensuring safety of navigation, ecological protection of the water area and increase in efficiency of navigation in scales of all region.

Are a part of SUDS of the port of Ilyichevsk:

• software of Transas Navi-Harbour;
• the duplicated radar stations and radarprotsessor providing creation of a radar image of the water area in an area of responsibility of SUDS with maintenance of the purposes at the same time according to several radar stations (radar station);
• system of VHF contact with touch control panels and remote-controlled radio stations;
• the base station AIS (automatic identification system) with ensuring data integration of AIS/radar station and a possibility of the subsequent inclusion in national network AIS;
• the SUDS database with a possibility of automatic generation of different reports and interactions with third-party databases;
• the system of synchronous registration and data reproduction, arriving from radars, VHF and the AIS sensors;
• multimonitor operator stations;
• the video surveillance system of SUDS with function of targeting and support of AIS/radar station is more whole;
• Transas Octopus is the monitoring system of technology equipment intended for implementation of remote control and diagnostics of a condition of equipment and also for control and configuring of components of a system of AIS Network of production "Tranzas".

Alexander Polyakov, the chief of service of regulation of ship traffic of GP "Delta pilot" - customer company of works - so characterized upgrade: "The new modern version of a hardware-software complex with more productive data processing equipment, new radar station GEM and video surveillance systems is set. The radio engineering post expanded action of VHF communication and the automated identification system. In a hardware-software complex of Navi-Harbour the option 3D of the video image of ship traffic is for the first time used. It significantly increased quality of information which arrives directly to the pilot that in practice allowed to perform a number of experimental pilot postings in the conditions of nil visibility already now."
