The consulting company WillMore implements Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 in the AMARE company which is engaged in wholesale of seafood.

Key advantages of the new version, according to the management, was its key feature – a roleoriyentirovannost which considerably simplifies work of users (each workplace - the role center – contains data, KPI, reports, the functions, information, etc. necessary for this or that employee).

Among basic reasons to implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV it is possible to select the following:

  • low high-speed performance of the existing system;
  • need of double entry of data for communication;
  • lack of necessary functionality.

Main objective of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is automation managerial, accounting and tax accounting, including operational accounting of a warehouse and trading activity.

Using Microsoft Dynamics NAV automatic calculation of necessary goods quantity proceeding from the sales plan, the available orders of sale and policy of replenishment of a warehouse will be performed. As a rule, the manager, making out the order of sale, does not specify a specific batch from which there has to be a shipment. In this case the accounting system itself selects a batch, being guided by the principle of FIFO. But sometimes the client has wishes concerning storage lives of goods, and the manager is forced to specify a specific batch. The implemented system will allow to work at the level of lots, i.e.:

  • see all batches which are available in a warehouse;
  • see storage lives of these batches;
  • select a certain goods quantity from any available batch;
  • assign the selected goods to the client.

Within the project integration of Microsoft Dynamics NAV with 1C will be performed : Accounting 8.0 therefore data exchange for accounting will be provided.
