TNK-Nyagan (Cisco Unified Communication Manager)

The CTI company completed the project on creation of corporate IP network for JSC TNK-Nyagan. The solutions CTI allowed to upgrade telecommunication structure of the enterprise and provided to employees access to modern services IP-telefonii.

The project on implementation of corporate IP network was it is implemented by specialists of CTI company on the basis of the equipment and the software of Cisco Systems, the world leader in the field of network technologies and own CTI software product – a billing system of CTI Billing System.

Specialists of CTI, within project implementation, solved the following tasks:

• the high-speed local computer network for the organization of uniform telecommunication space of JSC TNK-Nyagan is created;
• the existing telephone network is upgraded and transition from analog telephony to digital technologies is made;
• failsafe infrastructure of the IP telephony based on three Cisco Unified Communication Manager servers, capable to service up to 7500 subscribers is implemented.

As a result of JSC TNK-Nyagan had an opportunity to refuse 1000 expensive direct landline numbers and to automate a flow of incoming calls using the auto attendant. Thanks to the solution CTI employees the enterprise had an opportunity of use of a set of earlier unavailable services, such as search and the subscriber's call through the corporate directory, using the interface of IP phone, function of an otzvon, interception of a call, creation of open conferences, Intercom, etc.

The organization of corporate IP network allowed to perform video calls between remote divisions of JSC TNK-Nyagan using the newest model of IP phone numbers of Cisco 9971 and the software of Cisco VT Advantage. On a response of the head of department of information systems of JSC TNK-Nyagan Alexey Razinkov, work of specialists of CTI company deserves an appreciation. All implemented solutions promoted increase in efficiency of the solution of working tasks. He expressed gratitude to a project team of CTI for qualitatively and timely performed work on this project.
