2025: Transition to an updated version of 1S:ZUP

Norbit ensured the transition of PJSC Inarctika to the updated version of 1C: Payroll and HR Management. This made it possible to increase efficiency and speed up business processes related to settlements with employees. Norbit announced this on May 28, 2025.

At the start, the integrator conducted a comprehensive audit of the historical system and collected requirements for the future. In 25 days, experts have formed a migration strategy and roadmap, fully preserving the functionality and the entire amount of accumulated information. During the main phase of the project, NORBIT was engaged in the refinement and testing of 1C: Payroll and HR Management 3.1 KORP. Payroll key figures have been updated, data transfer and integration systems have been set up, and accrual and deduction formulas have been established.

NORBIT specialists implemented a whole range of interrelated tasks, implemented and adapted the product to the specific requirements of Inarctika. They installed and configured the system and network, software connected information modules to each other.
