2024: The largest providers of body detoxification services in Russia

The Russian market for body detoxification services is experiencing steady growth. The leader in revenue in 2024 was the Kivach clinic from St. Petersburg with an income of ₽2,09 billion. This is evidenced by the data of the GuideMarket study, published in May 2025.

In second place in terms of revenue is Verbamed from the Moscow region with an indicator of ₽1,58 billion. The third place is taken by the Moscow Alkoklinik with an income of ₽560 million.

According to analysts, more than half of all detox services in Russia fall on the Central Federal District - 50.8%. High population density, higher average income and developed private medical infrastructure are concentrated here.

The second and third places in terms of the number of clinics are occupied by the North-Western Federal District with a share of 13.1% and the Volga region with 9.7%. The least detox services are provided in the Far East - 3% and in the North Caucasus District - 1.4%.

The Kivach clinic specializes in integrative medicine, combining evidence-based practices and oriental methods of purification. Verbamed focuses on Mayer therapy and work with metabolic and stress disorders.

"Alkoklinik" has a clearly expressed narcological specialization and applies a scientifically based approach to the treatment of addictions with drug detoxification. The Orenburg Regional Drug Dispensary as a state institution provides a full cycle of detoxification and rehabilitation assistance.^[1]
