"BIT: Upravlechesky accounting" helps Don-Stroy Invest company to receive the management reporting quickly

Earlier budget planning and formation of the payment schedule, conducting management accounting in Don-Stroy Invest group was made by means of a set of spreadsheets. For the purposes of accounting diverse software products on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform were used. Begun after arrival of the new major shareholder, upgrade of business processes of the company demanded implementation of the uniform tool for automation of the Centralized treasury, Budgeting, Management accounting and accounting of agreements on the 1C Platform which is decided to be left as a unified environment of business applications of the company.

Implementation of a common information space at the enterprise became the main objective of the project. The uniform configuration to automate the following business processes:

  • Accounting and tax accounting;
  • Treasury;
  • Accounting of agreements;
  • Accounting of objects;
  • Budgeting;
  • Management accounting.

Besides, it was important to standardize rules of reflection of operations on management accounting and techniques of formation of the management reporting.

Among all set of options the Don-Stroy Invest company stopped the choice on the software product "BIT: Upravlechesky accounting" and "1C: Accounting 8 of edition 2.0" on a software platform of new generation "1C: Enterprise 8.2".

For project implementation it was selected 1C: Accounting and Trade companies (BIT) as it has experience of implementation on the large construction enterprises.

Results of Implementation

As a result of successful project implementation of product introduction "BIT: Upravlechesky accounting" the following results were achieved:

  • The single system of accounting and tax accounting based on "1C: Accounting 8 of edition 2.0" is constructed (the task is carried out by IT service "Don-Stroy Invest");
  • The subsystem of electronic document management regarding approval of agreements, including development of contractual regulations and work with templates of standard agreements is implemented;
  • The budget model for loading of the created budgets, collecting of actual data and the plan-fact analysis is configured;
  • Work of the Centralized treasury, including development of necessary regulations, formation and electronic approval of Requests for a funds expenditure of control on budgets is completely built;
  • The procedure of formation and electronic approval of the Register of payments per day, including acceptance of registers by VTB Bank is adjusted;
  • A system storage of electronic copies of documents (agreements, accounts, acts, etc.) is implemented;
  • The packet of necessary managerial reports is implemented.
