Description of functionality of the "MDM Management of the normative reference information" software product

The "MDM Management of the normative reference information" configuration is intended for process automation of consolidation, preprocessing and maintaining the normative reference information, for the purpose of increase in profitability of processes of use of material, human, financial resources and assets of the enterprises. MDM (Master Data Management) is the complex of organizational measures and means intended for management is normative - the reference information. In general the configuration gives abilities to manage process of maintaining the normative reference information and provides functions of integration of the normative reference information between different accounting and information systems.

The "MDM Management of the normative reference information" configuration is used for process control of maintaining the normative reference information (NRI) on a chain the request of the user - processing of a position by the expert in NSI - creation of record about an object of NSI in the corporate (centralized) NSI system - replication of data in the functional (production) systems of the enterprise.

The configuration can be demanded by the companies both having, and not having an extensive network of branches or geographically distributed divisions. Especially effective use of a configuration will be for the companies having several accounting and production information systems.
