"About the statement of an order and form of providing the reporting on implementation of regional programs of upgrade of health care of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation and programs of upgrade of the federal state institutions providing medical care".
Earlier by means of a system monitoring of upgrade of health care on the universal indicators relevant for medical institutions of any type was performed. Now the differentiated approach is possible: forms are developed for highly specialized organizations – such as cardiological, ophthalmologic, oncological, neurologic clinics, antenatal clinics, emergency stations. Also automatic converting of regional data in the summary federal form approved by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation is implemented. This approach significantly facilitates collection of information from subordinated organizations of the region. Work on creation of new forms is carried out with methodological support of RMIATs of the Republic of Tatarstan.
