Implementation of an information and analytical system "began BARS. Web Monitoring of Health care" in Medical information and analytical center of the Jewish Autonomous Region. The project is performed by LANIT-PARTNER company which is a partner of BARS GROUP – developer of this system.

Information and analytical system "BARS. Web Monitoring of Health care" it is intended for operating control of indicators of subordinated network and support of acceptance of management decisions by the management of health sector of the territorial subject of the Russian Federation. The data collected in uniform storage of a system can be analyzed in any section and be presented in a schedule type, charts and maps.

Having implemented this system, the Jewish Autonomous Region will have an opportunity of maintaining uniform information base on all organizations, operational collecting and information analysis online. The data collected in storage of a system can be analyzed in any section and be presented in a schedule type, charts and maps. A system provides:

  • monitoring of a current status of treatment and prevention facilities;
  • control of incidence of the population;
  • analytical support of implementable policy of quality improvement of health service, development of personnel potential, strengthening of infrastructure of the industry.

Ownership of the most complete information is a basis for transition to electronic public (municipal) services. Open data of a system on the existing health facilities and their services can automatically indulge on the regional portal of public services.

Now "BARS. Web Monitoring of Health care" already successfully works in a number of the subjects of the Russian Federation both at regional, and at the municipal level. Among them – the Republic of Bashkortostan, Sakha (Yakutia) and Tatarstan, Altai Krai, the Bryansk, Ivanovo, Samara and Chelyabinsk regions.
