2025: Presentation of the Virage platform
The Bureau of Digital Technologies has developed the Virage platform, a tool for managing the entire stadium, which will help clubs and management companies reduce costs, automate processes and increase fan engagement. The developer announced this on June 5, 2025.
The development of the Bureau of Digital Technologies combines ticket modules, CRM, marketing and analytics. "Virage" is already used by several football and hockey professional clubs.
| For many years we worked with individual tools and integrated them among ourselves - CRM, mobile applications, ticket systems, BI, - said Vitaly Zarubin, CEO and founder of the Digital Technologies Bureau. - But it became clear: if there is no single control point, everything rests on one person who "knows everything." It's a risk. And it is almost impossible to automate disparate processes without a single structure. |
The Virage platform is:
- AI Marketing Assistant: automated recommendations for pricing, audience segments, and campaigns;
- CRM with deep analytics: fan profile, loyalty program, status and bonus mechanics;
- Automation of events: ready-made templates and checklists for matches, concerts, B2B events;
- Financial management: accounting for income, expenses and loading of stands, real-time reporting;
- Integrations with e-commerce, restaurants, parking lots and external contractors.
| We did not build Virage for corporations and state monopolies, "said Vitaly Zarubin. - We focused on the real situation: when the club has a match on Saturday, 3 people in the department, and at the same time it is necessary to ensure full operational readiness and commercial result. We wanted to create a tool that works in conditions of limited resources, and not replace everything with a beautiful dashboard. |
Work on the "Bend" of the Bureau of Digital Technologies began in 2024. The product team combined proven digital solutions and stadium practices - from technical support to fan behavior analysis.
