TORUS (1C: Accounting)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed product introduction "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT: IT-Grad: Real estate administration 8" in TORUS Ltd. In a project deliverable the enterprise had an opportunity to quickly provide to clients all information on free and busy the rent areas and motor transport. Also the organization controls receivables.

The enterprise aims at the high level of customer service. In the company it is necessary to provide quickly information to the client about the free and busy areas in the company, lease cost on different periods and taking into account discounts. For quality improvement of work with the client to consider a contribution of each employee to development of the company.

Earlier at the enterprise it was difficult to calculate lease payments, to determine the free areas as their account was kept manually. A system which will allow to automate personnel management was required and to analyze the used rent areas.

After market research of software products the 1C: Accounting 8 systems and "BIT were selected: IT-Grad: Real estate administration 8" as solutions allow to keep regulated accounting, to calculate the rent and to quickly provide to clients information on the busy and free areas.

As the partner in implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has experience of automation of the enterprises of real estate field was selected. 10 jobs are automated.

In a project deliverable it was succeeded to reduce risks of loss of the client as now information on the cost of services and presence of the free areas is quickly provided to all. Receivables of tenants were considerably reduced. The management had an opportunity quickly and effectively to manage personnel and to increase employee performance.
