Lanit implemented LanCashManagement in Bank of Moscow

In February, 2011 it became known that the LANIT company completed the implementing solution LanCashManagement based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX system in JSC Bank of Moscow.

Tasks and results of the project

Main objective of the project is minimization of the operating costs connected with collection of ATM network. The implemented solution allows to optimize cash management, loaded into ATM network.

Implementation of an automated system allowed to increase efficiency of ATMs: reduce a downtime, optimize loading of money, the periods and routes of collection.

As a result Bank of Moscow received the solution allowing to organize qualitatively a full stroke of works on collection of ATM network. Besides, there was an opportunity to objectively measure costs for collection of ATMs. A new system gives the chance to construct forecast model of demand of money for each ATM, to define the optimal amounts of loading, enrollment by denomination and terms of the following collections and also to create and store all necessary documents for the organization of collections and repair of the equipment, to exercise control over the implementation of requests, to receive analytical reports and forecasts.

The implemented solution allowed to reduce the cost of costs for collection of ATMs more than by 15% and to increase efficiency of ATM network due to reduction of idle time of ATMs; decrease in total costs, including due to reduction of cost of collection.
