Content

NaviCon Group completed implementation in AVGUR ESTATE company of own solution NaviCon Realty, on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

For investment construction company which the customer company is the most current problems are control of receivables, competent management of premises – armoring, armor removal, removal from sale, etc. and also control over a status of works on execution of agreements.

Solution

The functionality of a system provides solving of tasks:

  • fixing of calls with indication of sources of advertizing, basic needs of the potential client, etc.;
  • armoring of the premises on the basis of data on already sold or reserved premises presented in the form of "checkerwork";
  • the automated formation of the agency agreement and agreement of individual share (AIS) in which the selected premises, terms and payment amounts of the credit, information on the bank which issued the credit, etc. are specified.
  • the automated passing tracking by the agreements of individual share (AIS) of different stages of approval and state registration, including, change of data on results of BTI, etc.
  • automatic formation of a plan of payments in case of payment by installments and report generation on receivables;
  • formation of the analytical reporting under sales, sources of effective advertizing, etc.

Today the staff of AVGUR ESTATE has an opportunity to build effective customer interaction on all extent of sales process – from the first call before tracking of payments for the purchased premises or the apartment and transfers of the apartment to the owner.
