2025: PIX BI Implementation

First Bit has completed the implementation of the PIX BI business analytics system for the Russian wallpaper manufacturer Euro Decor. The solution allowed you to automate the collection and analysis of production data, reducing reporting time to a few seconds and identifying bottlenecks in accounting processes. This was announced by "First Bit" on June 11, 2025.

Before the start of the project, Euro Decor manually collected all key indicators - planned and actual data on production, downtime, scrap percentage and cost. The information was uploaded from ERP to Excel, after which employees summarized it into reports. This process took a considerable time, which is why the data received became irrelevant.

The specialists of the First Bit, having studied the customer's request, proposed the implementation of the PIX BI business intelligence system. In favor of this solution was the prostate of administration and the flexibility of integration with various data sources, including production equipment and 1C systems.

The interaction with the "First Bit" team was productive and effective. They showed a high level of competence and understanding of the specifics of the industry, which made it possible to successfully implement the project, "said Alexey Angelov, Development Director of Euro Decor and K LLC.

The project was implemented in stages. At first, experts analyzed the data and configured the infrastructure, agreed on key indicators and developed models of dashboards. In the second step, the data was unloaded, linked into a single model, and visualized. The work was completed by setting up access rights, training employees and putting the system into operation.

As a result of automation, reporting time was reduced to a few seconds. Operational management data began to be updated twice a day, which significantly increased the accuracy of decisions made. The system also helped identify and eliminate problem areas in accounting processes.

In the future, Euro Decor plans to expand analytics to other business areas, as well as consider automating processes using the PIX RPA software robotization platform.
